FUNDRAISERS

Bill Campbell has been performing and organizing successful comedy fundraising events for the last 20 years. He knows which comedians to hire to ensure a quality, affordable show as well as how to organize and promote the event. The result is not only a terrific evening of comedy but also a successful fundraiser for the organization.

 

Below are two testimonial letters expressing their appreciation for the fundraiser that Bill both organized and performed at.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Bill Campbell. Bill Campbell headlined a comedy fundraiser for me in 2018.I have been fundraising and running the Boston Marathon since 2012 and comedy night has always been a favorite of my attendees. This season, I wanted to switch up my comedians, so my guests would be exposed to new material and new comedians. My husband and I love comedy and we saw Bill perform in 2016. After seeing him, I knew that I had to have him do one of my events! I asked Bill if he would be interested in performing at my event this year and he instantly responded. Working with Bill could not have been any easier. His communication skills are superior. He is prompt, helpful and intelligent (not to mention funny).

Bill helped me advertise my event on social media and through our town’s local television station. He went to the venue to meet the owner, check out the stage and equipment, lighting and gather other pertinent information that he would need. Bill told me not to not worry about a thing and I truly did not need to. He arrived at the venue early and made sure everything was ready to go. Bill was so professional to work with and after 8 years of fundraisers, this year ran the most smoothly. The feedback from my event has been wonderful! Many people commented that they believed this is the best comedy night I’ve hosted! I will absolutely be asking Bill to perform at my event again next year. As a performer, he is energetic, animated, relatable and most important of all, hilarious! If you book Bill for an event, you will not be disappointed!
